BUILDINGS AND GROUNDS DIRECTOR
Salary Range:       $75,003-$118,542

Minimum Education and Experience
Associate's degree in construction or building trades or a related field and 7 years of experience in construction trades or building maintenance work, including 2 years of supervisory and administrative experience; or any equivalent combination of training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities.  Valid North Carolina Driver’s License required.
