Position Overview:
As a Pre-Apprentice, you will gain real-life experience working with young children while building valuable skills for a career in early childhood education. Responsibilities include:
- Supervising and engaging young children in activities
- Assisting in leading play and learning activities
- Helping to maintain a clean and safe environment at the end of each day
What You’ll Learn:
- Foundational skills in child development and early childhood education
- Professionalism, teamwork, and responsibility in a childcare setting

- Pathway to Full Apprenticeship: Upon turning 18, you’ll have the opportunity to advance to a full apprenticeship.

Candidate Requirements:
- Availability: After school hours up to 6:30 PM and breaks during the school day when applicable
- Background Check: Must complete a background check
- Physical Ability: Must be physically able to work with children
- Maturity and Responsibility: Able to take direction and work independently with guidance
