Job Summary: A Behavior Technician (BT) supports and implements treatment plans created by a board-certified behavior analyst for children with autism. This includes working to reduce challenging behaviors while simultaneously working on the acquisition of other skills through 1:1 ABA therapy and/or group teaching in the clinic or community settings.
