May the 4th Be With You For Riley's Army: Family-Friendly BBQ Fundraiser to Support Local Children and Families Facing Pediatric Cancer
Greenville, NC — QC Kinetix, the nation's leader in regenerative medicine for chronic joint pain and other musculoskeletal issues, is excited to announce a special fundraiser together with Beeker’s BBQ and Pirate Radio for Riley’s Army. The event will take place on Sunday, May 4, from 3:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. at QC Kinetix (1103B Corporate Drive, Greenville, NC 27858).
During the event, Beeker’s BBQ will be selling meals, individual meals for $15 per plate, and family-of-four platters for $50. Each meal consists of a plate of Beeker’s world-famous BBQ, BBQ potatoes, and green beans. ALL PROCEEDS WILL GO DIRECTLY TO RILEY’S ARMY.

Monetary donations are also welcome and sincerely appreciated. You can donate online HERE, or stop by during the event and drop off cash or a check made out to Riley’s Army.
All meal purchases and donations of $10 or greater will receive entry into the numerous giveaways donated by various companies throughout the community (Shimmer Boutique, Nino’s, Marabella’s, Local Oak, and many more) that will be raffled off during the event.
For all you Star Wars fanatics, note the day. This is a family-friendly event, with holiday-appropriate surprises for the kids and numerous familiar faces expected to stop by.
Erin Barham, interim executive director of Riley’s Army, outlines, "We can't do it alone, we need an army!" Riley’s Army provides financial and emotional support for approximately 50 local families dealing with pediatric cancer, and community generosity is the primary source for its support and her desire to further expand the organization’s ability to impact.

About Riley’s Army
The mission of Riley’s Army is to provide support to children with cancer and their families in North Carolina through financial assistance and emotional support. Riley’s Army was founded by Dr. Kirk and Kelly Philpot, when their daughter, Riley, was diagnosed with a Wilm’s Tumor in 2006. After multiple relapses and trying to raise three additional children, the burden became too overwhelming. This is when Philpot’s had to lean on their support network to manage. They founded Riley’s Army to provide similar support to children and families after they hear the most unimaginable words “Your child has cancer.”
