KCS Launches Level Up Series 2025 to Prepare Job Seekers for Success

WINTERVILLE — Koinonia Community Solutions (KCS) is proud to launch the Level Up Series 2025, a three-day event from September 30 - October 2, 2025, created to empower job seekers with the tools, confidence, and resources needed to secure meaningful employment.  Held in partnership with the Greenville ENC Alliance and local organizations, this even directly supports the community's preparation for the Better Skills, Better Jobs Career Fair while also equipping participants with skills they can carry forward into long-term career development led by experts from Pitt Community College, NCWorks, and additional community partners.

Over the course of the series, participants will gain access to:

• Resume Building Workshops to refine professional materials
• Mock Interviews with volunteer professionals to build confidence
• Soft Skills & Communication Training for workplace readiness
• Financial Literacy & Digital Literacy sessions to strengthen the overall career success

"Level Up is about more than training — it's about opening doors.  We are equipping people with the confidence, skills, and support they need to step into jobs, careers, and futures they didn't think were possible," said Watsi Sutton, executive director of Koinonia Community Solutions.  "This event is a celebration of resilience and a reminder that when our community invests in people, the return is measured in hope and opportunity."

In addition to supporting job seekers, the Level Up Series invites vendors, volunteers, small businesses, and funders to contribute to a collaborative effort to strengthen workforce readiness and economic empowerment across eastern North Carolina.
