Position Overview:
We’re looking for friendly, dependable, and fashion-forward Sales Associates to join our growing team! The ideal candidate loves connecting with customers, has an eye for style, and enjoys working in a fast-paced boutique setting.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers with styling, sizing, and product questions

• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor

• Operate the register and handle transactions accurately

• Assist with unpacking, tagging, steaming, and restocking new inventory

• Support live sales, try-on videos, and store events as needed

• Deliver excellent customer service with a positive, team-oriented attitude

Qualifications:

• Friendly, outgoing, and reliable

• Strong communication and multitasking skills

• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred (but not required)

• Available to work 15+ hours per week, including some Saturdays

• Passion for fashion and building relationships with customers
