REAL PROPERTY APPRAISER I
Salary Range:        $55,641-$87,935

Minimum Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in business administration, economics, accounting, or a related field and 1 year of real estate or appraisal experience; or any equivalent combination of training and experience which provides the required skills, knowledge and abilities. (Salary commensurate with level of certification.) Certification as a Real Property Appraiser I through the North Carolina Department of Revenue Local Government Division. Trainee Appointment: Must obtain certification as a Real Property Appraiser I by the Local Government Division of the North Carolina Department of Revenue within two years of employment. Possession of a valid North Carolina driver’s license and a good driving record.
