Operations Manager

Community Crossroads Center, a non-profit homeless shelter located in Greenville, NC, is seeking an Operations Manager to assume responsibility for all operational functions of the shelter including maintaining the physical plant, managing assigned staff, overseeing resident intake procedures and assisting the Executive Director in effective and efficient oversight of the facility and compliance with all state and federal regulations.

The ideal candidate will have experience in operations and nonprofit leadership. A minimum of an associate degree with human services is preferred, but a combination of applicable experience and education will be considered. Excellent communication skills, ability to use basic computer equipment and programs, and organizational and time management skills are required. Benefits include health insurance and paid leave.
