Part-time Custodial Floor Technician
Job Description
Local medical office in Greenville, NC is seeking an experienced Environmental Services Floor Technician for a part-time, evening role.
Monday – Friday 7:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. ONLY.
$17.00/hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Consistently demonstrate service excellence.
- Adhere to professional work habits, including punctuality, following policies, appropriate attire, minimizing personal distractions, respectful communication, confidentiality, and safe practices.
- Prioritize patient safety and privacy by strictly following all related guidelines, policies, standards, best practices, and regulations (including HIPAA & PHI).
- Perform comprehensive cleaning and floor care.
- Maintain cleanliness of interior and exterior facilities, managing various cleaning tasks and proper disposal of all types of waste.
- Fulfill physical demands such as lifting, carrying, bending, standing, walking, and climbing.
Duties can include but are not limited to:
- Will use commercial floor scrubber to scrub all exam rooms.
- Will assist with dusting, trash collection, windows as needed.
- Vacuums hallways, lobby, office and sweeps exam rooms.
A minimum of 2 years previous residential and or commercial cleaning experience mandatory.
Must be able to pass and criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen.
Reliable transportation required.
