About Us

Rivers provides engineering, planning, surveying and landscape architecture services in a variety of project sectors including land development, institutional campus planning, urban planning and design, parks and recreation, utility infrastructure and transportation. Our services include in-depth civil, environmental and municipal engineering services ranging from planning and consultative services to surveying, landscape architecture, design, construction administration and construction observation. As a result of the many complex project challenges that have been presented to our teams, we have pioneered innovative solutions for a varied client base that includes many well-known commercial clients as well as local and state government organizations and federal regulatory agencies.

Rivers’ projects have been recognized by State agencies and peer professional organizations for excellence in planning or design. Typical projects include complex water and wastewater plants and systems, drainage and stormwater management, roads and streetscapes, parks and recreational facilities, marinas and waterfront development, as well as small and large-scale site development and site work associated with building infrastructure for medical, educational, institutional, commercial and high-density residential use.
