Smoke in the Pitt: Food Bank of Central & Eastern North Carolina

Smoke in the Pitt will bring together top regional foods, beverages, and flavors. This tasting event will benefit the Food Bank of Central & Eastern North Carolina to support nourishing families, seniors and children who are food insecure. 

In the ten counties served by the Food Bank of Central & Eastern North Carolina Greenville and New Bern, 132,070 individuals live in food-insecure households. That number includes 42,350 children facing hunger as well as 34,131 seniors living at or below the poverty level. 

Attendees will enjoy great food, beverages, and live music! This will be a fun and entertaining evening in support of a great community resource, the Food Bank of Central & Eastern North Carolina Greenville, and New Bern Branches, which provide needed food products to food-insecure individuals, families, children, and seniors in our local communities.
