Roast at the Rock

The Junior Women's Association presents the second annual Roast at the Rock on Friday, Nov. 4 from 7pm-11pm at Rock Springs Center. This event will include all you can eat oysters, chili, BBQ sliders, s'mores by the bonfire, beverages, raffles, and live music. Tickets are $50 each and are on sale now through Oct. 21. Tickets can be purchased online at www.jwagreenville.org and you must be 21 to attend. Proceeds from this event are to benefit the Junior Women's Association.

The Junior Women's Association of Greenville is an entirely volunteer-run organization of 135 women committed to improving the community through the effective action and leadership of trained volunteers. Over the past 7 years, JWA has provided critical support to community projects, programs, and partners that impact the lives of women, children and families throughout Greenville and Pitt County. Through direct fundraising efforts, we have gifted over $165,000 to different local organizations including Ronald McDonald House of Eastern NC, RHA Howell Center, Food Bank of Eastern NC, Boys and Girls Club of Pitt County, Habitat for Humanity, and Literacy Volunteers of Pitt County.
