Polar Bear Plunge / Run
“Brrrrrring” the family to run or walk the 5-K trail where the deer and the wildlife play. Then cool your heels at the finish-line with a dip, or a splash, in Eli’s Pond. Or wear your best polar bear disguise while watching the runners then take the Big Bear Plunge at 10:00 am. Everyone can keep warm with breakfast snacks and hot cocoa around the campfire. You can register on line at www.runtheeast.com or on-site beginning at 8:00 am.
