Jewels and Ghouls is a concert benefiting the community programs of Mental Health America of Eastern Carolina. Come dance the night away with the award-winning band Trainwreck and the phenomenal Carolina Treat Band. The party starts at 8:00 p.m. and doors open at 7:30 p.m. Cash bar will be available.
