The 21st century workplace is very different from what most organizations and HR managers envisioned. Cross-generational workforces; race-ethnic-gender- religious cultural diversity and workers with disabilities certainly add richness, creativity, broader perspective and inclusion to our organizations. However, this "new normal" also requires MORE from ALL managers...but most especially HR managers. HR managers provide the parameters and context by which managers and ALL employees are able to perform at their best. This session looks at three key strategies to assist in these requirements:
Effective Interpersonal Relations - offers techniques to identify positives and “derailers” that can impact your effectiveness and organizational performance.
Feedback That's Useful - easy-to-use feedback tool for meaningful employee-manager engagement and individual development support.
“Set the Tone” - offers Code of Conduct guidelines that define organizational culture to "humanize" the workplace and refocus employee productivity.
